Vintage Stuart Truelove Stag Skinner – 12.5cm Blade

Vintage Stuart Truelove Sheffield Stag Handle Fixed Blade Knife.

A nice example of a custom knife by Stuart Trulove in Sheffield. A full tang knife with Stag scales for a comfortable and secure grip and a very positive brass finger guard.

The blade length is 11.5cm to the choil with an overall length of 23cm. The front of the blade is nicely engraved with scrollwork emcompassing the Stag logo and Stuart Truelove above. Sheffield England to the right of the scrollwork. The spine has a nice workback narrowing at the top of the tip, finished with an elongated false edge.

A Pre-owned knife from a private collection - a super collectors or utillity knife with little sign of use or sharpening.The waxing of the blade remains intact from the preious owner. There are some small marks to the front tip commensurate with the age.

Please note there is no sheath with this knife - It will be supplied in a card sleeve for protection.
