Spyderco Navigator - Almite with slotted handle - Plain Edge C62BL
The C62 Navigator is a small knife with a short blade designed for travel. It can be viewed as a descendant of the C09 Co-pilot and shares very similar design goals. Initially introduced in 1997 with a G-10 handle, this model was assigned the C62 SKU and given the name "Navigator". This variation is in Gunmetal Blue Almite and has a VG-10 blade with a plain edge. and first appeared in the Spyderco catalogue from 2002.
Positioned above the Spyderco Round Hole a spine cusp forms a stable leveraging point on which the thumb rests. On the underside of the all-steel handle are a series of sculpted angles cut away to optimally settle the hand and fingers into grip position. The pocket clip carries the folder tip-down.
