A note from Sporting Cutlery: The Kai knife being sold here is part of a professional set bought and used by the previous owner. This knife along with others in the set, were returned to Kai in Japan for sharpening under their lifetime warranty. The knives have not been used since. The blades are all in top condition, and ready for their next culinary duty. Fantastic knives all priced to sell.
