Victorinox, Venture, Petty’s – 5 Skinning Knives

Victorinox & Vintage Traditional Butchery Knives

Professional Butchery Steel

This traditional butchery knife collection brings together five serious working knives from respected makers. Three Victorinox knives lead the set, including two with 17 cm blades and one substantial 27.6 cm blade. In addition, the collection includes a 25 cm Venture blade and a 16 cm John Petty & Sons knife.

Quality Wooden Handles

Each knife features a traditional wooden handle, giving the set an authentic working character. More importantly, these are practical butchery knives made with excellent steel. Most appear unused and remain in great condition. However, the larger Victorinox shows some previous use, which is reflected honestly in its condition.
