This Busse Custom Sharp varient features a two tone bushcraft blade and satin grind, The handle comprises contoured, stabilised onlays with beautifully detailed pins, over a full tang construction. Exposed tang pommel with lanyard hole, and includes heavy duty leather sheath with belt loop by Leatherworld. All in excellent condition.

Meet the maker and Busse Knives.

In the late 1970s, Jerry Busse began making custom knives in a modest 16' x 22' cabin—without insulation, heat, or running water. After earning his bachelor’s degree in 1982, he committed to knife making full-time. This allowed him the flexibility to further his education, ultimately completing two graduate degrees. While continuing his work as a full-time knifemaker, Jerry also taught at three different universities.

With the Busse Combat Knife Company’s formation in 1992, they shifted focus from exclusively one-of-a-kind custom pieces to developing a line of standardised models. By integrating modern CNC technology with traditional craftsmanship, they made high-performance knives more accessible while maintaining exceptional quality.

This innovative approach drove significant growth, and continues to push the boundaries of knife performance, with exploration and new ways to improve and innovate through to the present day.
