Strider Model DB-L (NSN) Knife

Here we have one of the signature knives of the US Marine Corps FSBE II kit. The Strider Model DB-L replaced the Benchmade Nimravus Tanto Fixed Blade Knife, in the USMC FSBE II Kit.

This model supports Strider’s thick blade branding with a full tang and is finished with the tiger stripe subdued finish.

In addition, the blade has the full NATO National Stock Number (NSN) marking 1095-01-531-5023 on the spine.

That is to say that products with the NATO stock number have an NSN assigned by NATO, and are standardised and approved for use in NATO Armies, consequently the number can serve as a quality mark that civilians can follow.

This knife comes with a CMS web sheath.
