We at Sporting Cutlery would like you to be totally satisfied with your purchase
Our returns and refunds policy lasts 16 days. If 16 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must firstly be in unused and in the same condition that you received it, secondly,It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging, with manufacturers’ tags attached. Finally, get your return back to us on time and your replacement or full refund is guaranteed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, via your order number. Just to help us find it on our system. In most cases we may be able to find your order from your delivery post code.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted;
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 16 days after delivery

Place the item in a suitable box/pack and securely wrap it to ensure a safe return through the courier network, and back to us. Once we have received your return we will process your replacement or refund. We are unable to cover the carriage for returns from outside the United Kingdom.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, therefore shipping costs are non-refundable. Likewise if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, with this in mind it is advisable to use an insured and tracked service.
I Paid by PayPal, will you refund my paypal account?
We will process your refund back to the payment method used for your order. If you paid by card, we will refund your card account and the same goes for PayPal. If you paid by PayPal we will refund your PayPal account.
