Based on the successful model Applegate Harsey, the Böker AF 5.5 Special Run Damast was created as special collector's item.
This Sturdy knife has a German forged damask blade made from a combination of 4112 and 4153 steel with a hardness of 58-59 HRC. The knife is finished with ebony wood handle and a leather sheath.
